About 

# Somebody should just help

We started usedcarnearme.ca in Ottawa-Gatineau because too many people were being told no by the first lender they met, or yes by a website that sent them to a call centre. Neither is help. This is, and it now reaches from the Ottawa River to the Atlantic coast.

The story

## Car financing for every credit situation, from Ottawa-Gatineau to Atlantic Canada.

## Who we are

A small team that started in Ottawa-Gatineau and now works across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador, in English and French. We are not a bank and we are not a dealership. We are the people who know which lender says yes to which file, and which lot has the car worth driving.

## What we do

You tell us your situation once. We work every financing option that fits it, size the payment to your real budget, and put you in a car from our network, delivered to you. You see the vehicle in person before you sign anything.

## How we get paid

By our dealer and lending partners when a purchase completes. You never pay us a fee, and there is nothing added at the desk that we did not show you first.

## What we will never do

Promise guaranteed approval. Pull your credit before we have spoken. Sell your information to marketers. Push a longer term to hide a payment you cannot afford. Pretend the score is the whole story.

## Why the province matters

Every province we serve has its own registry, its own sales tax, and its own inspection rules, and Ottawa-Gatineau alone has two of each with a river in between. Buyers get lost in that. We do not, and knowing the local rules in each market is the whole reason a file from Halifax or Moncton gets the same attention as one from Kanata.
