Process

## How the process works

- Applying online is free and takes about two minutes.
- We serve the Ottawa region in Ontario, the Gatineau region in Quebec, and the four Atlantic provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
- We work with low or no credit, newcomers to Canada, bankruptcy or a consumer proposal, a past repossession or collections, a previous refusal, self-employed or benefit income, a separation on the file, and first-time buyers under 25.
- After you apply, we contact you, usually within one business day, to confirm details and present vehicle and financing options.
- Financing is arranged through dealer and lending partners in your province that approve buyers in your situation.
- Any vehicle in the inventory can be delivered to any community served; if nothing listed fits, a vehicle is sourced for the buyer's situation.
- Optional Credit Relief payment protection is available to add at signing; terms and conditions apply.
- The site is available in English and French.
