usedcarnearme.ca is a referral service. We are not a lender, a broker, or a dealership. We do not extend credit, set interest rates, or sell vehicles. Financing and vehicles are offered by independent partner dealers and lenders, subject to their own approval criteria and terms.

## No guarantee of approval

Submitting a request does not guarantee an approval, a rate, a payment, or the availability of any vehicle. Statements on this site about what partners typically accept are general and may not apply to your file.

## Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit a request only for yourself or with the authority of the person named.

## Inventory listings

Vehicle listings are supplied by partner dealers and may change or sell without notice. Confirm price, condition, and availability directly with the dealer.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, usedcarnearme.ca is not liable for decisions made by partner dealers or lenders, for the condition of any vehicle, or for indirect losses arising from use of this site.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
